We have recently introduced ebook editions of some of our publications. Over the coming months, we will offer ebook editions of all of our books. Our ebooks are compatible with all major computer operating systems and tablet devices.
We have recently introduced ebook editions of our Down Syndrome Issues and Information books. Our ebooks are compatible with most devices and offer the convenience of offline reading and portability.
Initially, our ebooks are available in PDF format. PDF files are compatible with a wide variety of computer platforms, tablet devices and smartphones. We are exploring other formats - please let us know if you have a particular preference.
PDF files can be read and printed on all major computer operating systems using a reader application that is freely available from Adobe (version 7.0 or higher). PDF files can also be viewed on iPads and many other tablet and smartphone devices.
To purchase ebooks, add the books you require to your basket as you would with any other product. You can order ebooks and physical products on the same order, if you wish. If you only have digital products in your basket, a no-charge shipping option will be selected when you check out.
Shortly after completing payment for an order containing ebooks, you will receive an email with a personal link to web page from where you can download the items you have ordered. You are permitted to download ebooks up to 3 times within 5 days of placing the order. After this time, the personal link will no longer be valid. If you wish to copy the files to more than three personal devices, you should save them on a computer or device from which you can copy to the others. You should also ensure that you keep backups of your ebooks.
If you experience any difficulties downloading, please email us at email@example.com
Our ebooks are licensed for personal use. You may install the ebook on multiple devices for your use, but you must not distribute copies for others to use. If you would like to license our ebooks for an organisation, please contact us for volume licensing pricing.
DSE organisations are not-for-profit: fees received are invested in services and scientific research benefiting children with Down syndrome. Please do not copy and share our resources illegally: doing so damages our ability to conduct future research, develop resources and provide future services.
